Important Conditions & Information
This time does not include any custom work, other support or development, or other work like content changes. It is strictly to perform the update/maintenance work outlined in the care plan, and to ensure your website is working as it was prior to the updates that we perform for you.
Included hours do not carry over to the next month. If a task exceeds your monthly hours, we’ll bill it at your plan’s hourly rate. We will inform you before you exceed your limit and let you decide how to proceed.
Content Changes – Not Included
Website careplans are setup to keep your website update to date and glitch free. These plans so not come with any time to update content or support time outside of the updates & issues that arise from the updates being performed.
